透湿防水膜 RUSTORE®
透湿防水加工の根幹を支えているのが自社開発の機能性フィルム「RUSTORE®」の存在です。透湿性と耐水性に加えて通気性を並立させた多孔膜FGXシリーズや、薄膜化により高い透湿性と軽量性を実現したSGX-βシリーズなど、様々なフィルム展開でマーケットのニーズに応えています。いずれのシリーズでも環境配慮型のフッ素フリー品を上市しています。
湿式技法で作られる厚み30～35μmのポリウレタン超微多孔フィルムです。そのなかには、連通した超微細にして均一な気孔（0.3～3μm）が無数（約50万個／平方インチ）に存在し、この穴を通して蒸気を逃がします。気孔が微細なるが故に耐水圧も非常に高く、蒸気透過性と防水性の相反する機能を併せ持っています。また、気孔が生み出すのは透湿防水性だけでなく、通気の役割を果たしています。気孔周辺は疎水化され、耐久性、伸縮性に優れており、着心地の良さを追求した製品です。
RUSTORE® FGX is a microporous, hydrophobic PU Lamination technology that combines an extremely high level of waterproofness with a superior level of moisture permeability performance.This microporous lamination is composed of numerous microscopic holes(about 500,000/sq’inch), each with a diameter of less than 0.3~3 microns.It is extremely flexible and will sustain it’s durability, even under the most severe conditions.
Due to the overall construction of our microporus lamination, we are able to maintain a suitable level of air permeabilitywhile still ensuring excellent water resistance.

FGXの強み「防水性と通気性の実現」
一般的なポリウレタンフィルムは浸透圧を利用した無効膜がほとんど。多孔フィルムの実現は当社ならではの技術です。FGXをラミネートした生地を用いた実験では、通気性を保ちながらも水を通さない特徴が確認できます。多孔構造のメリットはムレだけでなく、衣服内にこもった熱も排出しやすい点にあります。アクティブと快適を両立させつつ、繰り返しの洗濯でも劣化しづらい性能がFGXの大きな強みです。
乾式技法で作られる厚み約20μmのポリウレタン無孔フィルムです。非常にうすく、ソフトでしなやかなフィルムですが、防水性、防風性、透湿性に優れています。無孔フィルムの透湿性の原理はフィルム内部の親水基にあります。ウェア着用時に発汗すると、ウェア内部の蒸気濃度が高くなります。するとこの親水基が水分を取り込み蒸気濃度の低いウェア外部へ移行させるのです。この働きにより常に快適なコンディションを保ちます。
RUSTORE® SGX provides us with a technology that has excellent breathability and a high level of waterproofness.
RUSTORE® SGX is a very soft monolithic PU Lamination that can transport moisture from the inside of the garment to the outer face fabric due to the ultra thin film’s(10~25microns)polymer molecular movement.
RUSTORE® SGX will guarantee a high level of windproofness, waterproofness and breathability, regardless of the face fabric used.

ルストレ®ＳＧＸの特徴を継承しながら、さらなる快適性を求めて薄く進化させた無孔透湿性ポリウレタンフィルムです。
従来の無孔フィルムと比較して、非常に高い透湿性能（JIS L 1099 B-1 : 150,000g/m2.24h）を持ち、薄膜化によりさらなる軽量化とソフトな風合いを実現しました。ＳＧＸ-βは環境に配慮したフッ素フリー製法にて製造しています。
